this was a fairly nice stay at the value for the price. location: the hotel was right by many restaurants and many great shops and restaurants. and there was subway with short-orders steps away from the venue, super convenient. our rooms were fairly quiet and accommodating with microwave, fridge plus seaview.

The motel may be a bit dated, but it was surprisingly clean and comfortable. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with everything in downtown Ladysmith within walking distance. Although there was some highway noise, it was easily blocked out with the balcony door closed. I would recommend this motel for those looking for a clean, comfy, and affordable stay.

Incredible view from room, especially for sunrise. Friendly and helpful staff. Free delicious breakfast at a local cafe. Festival of Lights is the best I've seen, even better than Victoria and Germany. Convenient location near store and fuel. Pet-friendly. Comfy bed and reasonable rates. Clean and comfortable, old but well-maintained. Owners are accommodating. Great location for exploring Ladysmith. Would stay again.
